Mikha Erguna Bukit, a Life Observer ( on Facebook Indonesia ).
She’s my brother’s wife. My family lived next to them in Biak, Papua, couple years ago. What a wonderful place, I have to admit it. We met again in Facebook ( Facebook Indonesia ). Off course, I’m so happy on it, we’re all like a big family. They have a son, named Sharon, while we have a daughter, named Nashya. Both of them presented a ‘beautiful crush’ those days.. 
I’d like to re-write messages we’ve written each other here, such an English Practice of us on Facebook. At present, I’ll show you all what a life observer she is. Here we are..

… Sharon itu anak yang sangat special buat mbak. Mungkin perkembangan bahsanya tidak spt anak2 lain tapi mbak koq yakin dia bakal bisa minimal 10 bahasa..he..he.. Itu jadi tantangan buat mbak. Susahnya mbak mengajar sharon ternyata mempermudah mengajar anak2 yang lain. Jadi sharon itu bengkelnya mbak.
Mbak mimpi tuch punya sekolah sendiri. Doain yach!
So this is the last message we write in bahasa, the next will be in English version. Agree?! You have to!

I don’t think it’s just an ordinary. Let’s just it’s a Special. I like to quote some words from “Kung Fu Panda” ;D(u know i have to trigger sharon’s opinion ab. the film so i have to watch it myself) which says: ” To make something Special…It doesn’t have to be special or very special. You just have to BELIEVE IT IS SPECIAL then it become SPECIAL…”;D i like it..! So just believe then it become so.
Learning by doing is better I think. That’s way many general practitioners get more patients than the specialist ones because the first ones learn from the problems while the second ones learns from books..;D don’t worry. I think the street vendors in Bali got better English than me..he..he.. What….a dream! I know u can do it also. I’ll send prayers to make ur dreams come true. You 2, have a great day with ur fam. I really did not understand why He gives me such a shit like this. Day by day, there was nothing but crying.. Each time I prayed, I saw their face. It made me cry. Yes, it was so difficult facing whole things that day.
..till someday I found such a clue on facing those stuffs. It is such a trust and choice matters. God choose each of us on how to face one between two days, simply happiness and sorrow. He choose me to face one of them, whether happiness or sorrow. Each time He makes a choice, He know I can face it up. He knows everything, right? He makes a choice on us to face each day to whom He wanna give. That’s His ‘game’, at the moment He makes a choice and gives such a trust. The next scene is mine, ours, at present we have to play our ‘game’. There’s no difference, choice and trust. Each time we accept happiness from Him, there are two choices we should choose one between, getting more happiness after previous happiness or getting worse (sorrow) after that. Wrong choice will take us to replay the game from the beginning. Similar to the first game, when we accept a gift from Him as a sorrow, will we choose sorrow after the previous one or getting better. It’s the matter of choosing way, on how to run daily activities, establish trust on Him, support ourselves and family, do maximumly every single smallest, nearest thing around and do it now. Thanks anyway for your great support, sist. I’ll take care of my family better than everybody thinks how I do it. Yes, Donna is a wonderful woman. If I might say, I’m very happy to be a luckiest husband and a proud father. And you are our wonderful sister, too. Sorry for the English, Sist..

I know, you’re all facing such a difficult time those days. I really wanted to be there. I really did..! But thinking whether It was the right time or not has kept me from doing the right thing. It happens sometimes right? I am very sorry 4 that. But believe me, I never stop praying anytime I remembered u. I really did hope, that you can go through and find peace in urself. I believe u can. Yes..it such a game, but there is no game over in this kind of game. There is still hope and future. Yes..sometimes we can choose the wrong things, that’s human i think. But..He always gives us chances to play the game again. He just wants us to be wiser. To bless us abundantly is such a small business 4 Him, the big deal is to adjust our character according to Him. Though in such a difficult times, I believe He never leaves us since Has no bad intention in His heart. That’s good! Just start from the nearest person and things around us. Be best in all u do. Best husband, best father, best friend, best soldier…make them proud of u ….as I always do! P.S. Don’t worry about ur english. That’s fine 4 me. That’s excellent! Too worry in making mistakes will keep us from doing anything. Keep a good work brother!

What a sista!! ..I have nothing to say, anyway. I really don’t.. It’s just.. nice of u, such a gift to me n family having a sister like u.. I’ve just talked about it to Bunda. She’s been being very impressed on you since we stayed in that island. With all respect, these are really inspiring words. May I post these words to my blog? I’m sure it will be such an inspiring post, and maybe it will be a wonderful support for others who need such a support like you’ve written to me. Please let me know anything I can do for you, Abang, or Sharon. I’ll tell you then whether I can do it or not, just let me know first. And sist, please say something when you see bad English here, I really need it on how to be better in English, will you? It’s nice of you…can’t stop saying it.. GBU all.

Yeah.. sometimes when I share with others some words will just come out of my mouth. Others will say those really inspire them. Honestly…those words also inspire me at the same time. I am not as good as one can imagine…but when I share I become better, stronger, more realistic. I now understand why it is better to give than to receive. When we give our hands will be empty but God will directly put the new ones in our hands because He knows we are generous person. But..how if you keep what you receive just for yourself? How can God put the new things in your hand while your hands are full with the old ones. So..the key is TO SHARE. Do u wanna post these words to your blog? Of course…why not?!
Ok..u can do something for us…just be the best brothda! And I know u can do it. I would be happy to hear good news from u. From the first time, I asked you to be a partner, right? Not to be your tutor or editor. Yes, I know you need corrections but I think just enjoy this first as time to express your feelings in English until this language completely immersed in you. Then you will know by yourself which one is wrong and right. To many corrections will hamper your progress. Read a lot in English … is the key. Put English to its main function as a language which is to communicate. As long as you can be understood by others..what else do you need? There are one apple on the table? A teacher asks his students. “What is that?” One student answers:” That is an apple.” ; The other student answers:”Apple”. Indonesian teacher will say the first student is right while the second one is wrong. But i think both of the students are giving the right answer. As long as there is a mutual understanding why should we force someone to give the answer right exactly as what we want/expect. Ok…ok…if you force me to do so..I will (..under pressure..) give correction on your first book…;D. As soon as you write your first masterpiece..then you will get what u want. Work hard !! Sorry to reply so late. U know i don’t use facebook mobile…:D. Nice of u too partner.

I like the ‘giving concept’ on what you called ‘learning by sharing’, if I may say that. Needs are what people usually wanna grab, such a ‘taking concept’. Not many of us realize that giving is another way to get what we need, indeed. It’s an interesting way to get many points of view on life we running on..So, u r the other ‘life observer’. Although u don’t admit it, but I’m sure you like that idiom, don’t u? ..a life observer..

Hi all..
Dhoni Setiawan (dhodotes) was born in Jogja, 31 years ago. He graduated from an Elementary and Junior High School in Jogja, then he passed his graduation of Senior High School in Magelang, Taruna Nusantara Senior High School. After graduation of Taruna Nusantara, he joined the programme of Indonesian Air Force (IAF) in an Academy, Indonesian Air Force Academy, graduated in 2000. By now, He's on duty in Makassar.
He has such a simple goal of life..being fluently in English, not only speaking, listening, but also writing. He has ever had a bad story of learning English, fear and being shy (sickness). In one another time after beating his sickness, he realized that English is very important for his self-improvement, but there wasn't any external supports to learn it in a best way that days. His only way to learn English was by following school lessons and daily practice. There was no money that day!
After having a job on becoming member of IAF, he still tried to have some chances to follow its programme which is called KIBI (Kursus Intensif Bahasa Inggris). He had no stories on it, anyway. Finally, he decided to make his own steps with no any such of programmes, just like what he did before. Till now, he follows his own rules of "learning by doing" system of English. He calls it as Madness on English!!
Possibly, the next question is why.. Why?
He has such a simple answer.. because He has a daughter who will need somebody else to be asked to about many random stuffs of English. And he want to be the first one to be asked to.
